YG's new girl group, Baby Monster, impresses with their first stage on Blackpink's contest

YG Entertainment's new girl group, Baby Monster, made their first appearance on the Blackpink contest stage in their second episode of "Last Evaluation." The episode showcased Team A's cover of Blackpink Rosé's "Gone" and the mission of Team B, which was to sing Blackpink's emotional country pop song "Stay." Asa, Haram, Laura, and Chiquita of Team B received mentorship from AKMU's Lee Soo-hyun to accurately interpret the song and express the appropriate emotions. Baby Monster's preparation for their next mission, a group dance evaluation song, will be revealed in the third episode, and Blackpink's Lisa will also make a surprise appearance. The multinational group consists of three Koreans, two Thais, and two Japanese and was released by YG Entertainment approximately seven years after Blackpink.
